This website does not provide customer accounts or online payments. The form does not request payment-card numbers, passwords, or identity documents. Provide only the information needed to discuss your journey.
Connection and country information
The hosting provider processes technical connection data to deliver pages and operate its services. This may include IP addresses and browser request information. The website uses a country code supplied by the host to select an initial language; it does not request your GPS location.
Use & storage
Enquiry messages on your device
The form composes a message preview in your browser. Its entries are not stored in a form database on this website. Filling in the form or preparing a preview does not send the message to the team.
When you choose to continue to WhatsApp, the message details are passed to WhatsApp for you to review and send. Once sent, they are available in the conversation with the Artha Mandiri Rentcar team to discuss requirements, availability, and a quotation.
Language-preference cookie
The artha_lang cookie stores your Indonesian or English language preference for up to one year. A manual preference takes priority over country detection. This cookie is used for language selection, rather than advertising.
